| Ans: Adolescents between the ages of 13 -18 who are struggling in home or school and in need of A short-term intervention or change of environment. |

| Q: What is procedure for enrollment? |
| Ans: An admissions counselor is available 24 hours per day to enroll your child. There is an online enrollment application to complete. We will help schedule and plan your admission. The turnover time for approval is 24 hours or less. |

| Ans: Our students’ behaviors vary from disobedient, oppositional, manipulative, angry, or sad in the home and school to substance abuse, as well as traumas and emotional issues. |

| Q: What is a typical day like at the program? |
| Ans: They rise at 7:00am, daily hygiene, breakfast, exercise, workshops or experiential activities, lunch, writing assignments, therapy, family work, substance abuse education or other group, dinner, clean up, lights out. |

| Ans: You will hear from your child’s therapist to set up the communication schedule with him/or her. |

| Ans: You will communicate weekly with your child’s therapist where assignments and interaction will occur. |

| Ans: The majority of our staff have over 10 years experience working with adolescents. All our therapists are licensed and hold master’s degrees. |
